Sub-Contract to Chubb, this project involved installing Tecom Challenger throughout the 33 sites and integrating Commander Software to drive it. This was a very interesting roll-out as every site was different and we had no idea what was involved until we got there. Almost every site had to be de-commissioned, equipment replaced and commissioned in the same day.
