Power-Cycle your Protege Controller

If your Blitz technician asks you to power-cycle your Access Control controller then you must find the module with PRT-CTRL-DIN written in the top right hand corner (BLUE) then pull our the cable terminal block from the bottom left (RED).

The lights will take about 30 seconds to fade. Then wait 10 seconds and plug the terminal block back in.
