Here are some simple troubleshooting tips to try with your Aiphone intercoms before contacting support. If any of these do not resolve your problems then please contact your strata agent to log a job.
When someone calls from the Door Station simply press the Talk button once to start talking. Pressing the Talk button again will hang up the call.
When on a call with the Door Station press the Key button to unlock the door.
This might mean your Chime Volume is turned down. On the bottom of your unit intercom move the left slider to the middle and test again.
If you still can't hear them please contact your strata management agency to book a tech visit.
This might mean your Volume is turned down. On the bottom of your unit intercom move the right slider to the middle and test again.
If you still can't hear them please contact your strata management agency to book a tech visit.
The link between the Door Station and your Room Station has been lost, a tech will need to make a site visit to relink. Please Contact your strata management agency.
This is either a unit malfunction or your volume is on mute. See above section on volume control to turn this back up.
